2. Payment Terms

  • All prices on our website are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation (except COD).

  • In case of failed transactions, the order will not be placed, and any deducted amount (if applicable) will be refunded by your bank/payment provider within standard timelines.


3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available for select pin codes and order values.

  • Additional COD charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for your account.


4. Payment Security

  • All online transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

  • We do not store your full card details, CVV, or banking passwords.

  • For added protection, you may be required to authenticate via OTP (two-factor authentication) as per RBI guidelines.


5. Failed / Pending Payments

  • If your payment fails, please retry using a different method or contact your bank.

  • In case the amount is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with payment details. We will verify and update you.


6. Refunds (for Canceled / Returned Orders)

  • Refunds are issued as per our Refund & Returns Policy.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase (e.g., bank account, wallet).

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days (may vary by bank/payment provider).


7. Fraudulent Transactions

  • ZAZLA reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorized.

  • Legal action may be taken against individuals involved in fraudulent transactions.
